Asian DVDs only. Wanted

I have a list of 380+ asian dvd titles which needs to be looked at by someone that can supply it. Lots of New Release and pre-release in it. I will be working with someone that can supply what I need, I will be ordering 50+ dvd every 2 weeks. I required that it at least be suitable for region 1 dvd players and I preferred it to have english subtitles. If you are interested I can send you my list. I will first need your offer of how much you want for minimum order and also pricing as well. Thank You
