Quartz Heating Tube for Industrial Oven

n these heaters resistance wire is spirally wound and enclosed in a quartz tube. Ends of the element are connected to a lead wire passing through end sealing caps. These heaters possesses the infra red radiation function and has a high conversion efficiency / low heat retention. They can heat up very fast and can attain high temperature to the range of 500 to 600 deg C only in few minutes. In nut shell these are low thermal inertia, high temperature, corrosion resistive, steady thermo-chemistry, long service good insulation, pollution free heaters.

These heaters are also mode with quartz tube having deodorizing catalyst coating. De-odorizing coating absorbs the foul smelling gases and convert them into non-odorous gases. Absorption capacity of heater is re-generated periodically during every heating cycle.
