STYLE DESCRIPTION

Choice halved, sliced and diced peaches packed in syrup, pear juice or water are prepared from peaches of similar varietal characteristics that have been washed, peeled and hand sorted for quality. They possess good peach color and character, are reasonably uniform in size, reasonably free of defects and practically free of harmless extraneous plant material. Standard halved and sliced peaches in light syrup and irregular sliced peaches in light syrup are also prepared from peaches of similar varietal characteristics. They possess a fairly good peach color and character,are fairly uniform in size, fairly free of defects and fairly free of harmless extraneous plant material. Peaches in peach/pear juice, offered in the #10 size, is a blend of fresh peach juice and pear juice concentrate.
