Setting up a Hong Kong Company is quite straight forward, we need the passport copy and valid residential address proof of each shareholder and director. We prepare and submit the application at the Companies Registry on your behalf. The Certificate of Incorporation can then be collected in a couple of days. We will prepare all the statutory documents to be signed by you and/or your partners. The length of process normally takes 6 to 8 working days.

For your information, a Hong Kong Company requires at least ONE shareholder, ONE director, ONE company secretary. The shareholder and director can be the same person or corporation of any nationality. However, the company secretary must be a local resident or a local Hong Kong Company. We can act as your company secretary and provide our office as your registered and/or virtual office.
