1. General description:

Established in 1996, We, Zhejiang Aojie Woolen Textiles Co., Ltd., near Ninbo Port China and close to Shanghai, is a Worsted Ring Spinning Mill situated in Yuyao City, Zhejiang Province, China.

All of our products are custom made under the Worsted System and by Ring Spinning Frame. Our main products are 100% Worsted Wool Yarns.

2. Products :
We produce a variety of Worsted Ring Spung Yarns :
1) End Use: for woven, flat knitting and circular knitting to make hosiery, fine fabric, sweater, suiting, scarf,cap.

2) Product range : (The wool-top we use : Australian Merino wool-top / Chinese wool-top / Uruguay wool-top.
(a) 100% worsted wool yarns----Common / Shrik-resist / Mercerized / Mercerized & anti-pilling .
(b) Worsted Wool Blends. Some of the blends we frequently produce are Wool / Acrylic, Wool / Polyester, Wool / Nylon; Wool / Angora, Wool / Silk, Wool / Cashmere,W ool / Alpaca, Wool / Tencel, Wool / Viscose, Wool / Bamboo, etc.

3) Available in count ranges from 20 Nm till 130 Nm ( 50 tex to 7.7 tex ).
4) Single yarn / 2-ply / 3-ply.
5) In hank / On cone .
6) Color: Raw white ; Dyed (AB Yarns / Single color Yarns / Melange Yarns ) .
7) Dying : Top-dyed / Cone-dyed / Hank-dyed ; Common / Ecological.
8) Packing: in Plastic Bale / Carton.

3. Scale:
Up to now ,we have a capital of nearly USD 10,000,000, an area of 30, 000 square metres and 13,000 worsted spindles with an annual output of 1,300 metric tons of yarns.

4. Advanced equipments we use are as follows:
Autor Coner made by Savio, Italy .
Two-for-one Twister brought in from Volkman of Saurer (Sweedish).
Electronic Doubler.
A whole set of Fibre-testers .
Uster evenness tester made in Swedish .

5. Quality Guarantee:
We have a technical backbone of more than 20 people with great R&D ability, who are familiar with fibres, wool tops ,dying, worsted system, machines and very good at designing production process. Consequently, we can customize for you perfectly.

6. Market:
Due to the satisfactory quality and competitive prices, our products does well in the domestic market. Besides, a significant portion of our yarns are exported to Hongkong, Korea, Turkey, Iran, Pakistan, Japan, Europe,etc.
